I have reconstructed these labels with the text in webmaster mail so no crisis, but it is unnecessary work and it should be fixed. Also adding the motive filename in webmaster mail will let me see the icon chosen along with the text. (occurs 0,25 % of orders)
-. The order comes though and it is no product lines in the webmaster mail. I think the customer mail is OK as I have not gotten any complaints. This is the most serious problem as all of other order except customer details is lost to me and I have to contact customer to reconstruct label. This is also the most common error. (occurs 1% of orders)
