This case we define one record link in InstanceSchemas for each tab used. Example: merkalt.no root instance has instanceName=merkalt (association with instances/merkalt xmls and motifs folders). We use two tabs for this - Merkalt and Fargenavnelapper. We define 2 instances schemas 
  - InstanceSchemas.tabName as 'Merkalt' - this is main (default) category, most of the templates are stored there. Files are located in skins/Merkalt folder
  - InstanceSchemas.tabName as 'Fargenavnelapper' - Files are located in skins/Fargenavnelapper. Most of the files are category and product related files.

Note: merkalt.no/fargenavnelapper instance has instanceName=fargenavnelapper (association with instances/fargenavnelapper xmls and motifs folders). It defines InstanceSchemas.tabName as 'FargeStandalone' (as it uses some different files than 'Fargenavnelapper' tab on merkalt root) - usage of skins/FargeStandalone skin
