Our company work as web services provider for several customers. We have recently parted company with our web designer. We are looking to find an adequate replacement. Our main area of expertise are script development, so we don’t need full – time person, however we need a person who would handle graphics/HTML/CSS tasks. There are not much of them, but sometimes we get tasks like site re-skin or new designs.

We work like this – we send you a task with more or less clear description. You prepare time estimation based on the task or request some clarifications if needed.  No companies please, only individuals (unless your rates are very competetive).

Requirements
1)	Respond on emails within 24 hours since receiving (Mon-Fri).
2)	Preferrable be available on certain Instant Messenger. 
3)	Clarify indicate possible problems BEFORE starting the task.
