We could work with customers according the next 4 conditions. Please check standard_project_development_cycle about project dev process. We could provide one project estimation free of charge for new clients and some initial consulting (not more than 5 hours)

Payment - for new clients 50% of upfront, 50% upon completion via wire transfer or Payoneer.com site. For permanent clients could be agreed personal terms.

This case the customer buys out a certain timeframe of developer’s time. For example, it could be a month of 5-days a week, 5 hours a day package. The customer could spend his time for whatever he would like – development, planning, discussion, etc. Actually it could be the cheapest way as the payment for developer’s time would be in place any way so we give some discount, comparing with other methods. This method is preferable for us as a company and those projects are given top priority.

We provide the approximate price for the whole project. This price is not fixed, the actual price is based on the actual time spent on the project. This method gives us a warranty as developers case of unexpected technical problem will raise during the project, however at the same time it usually makes possible some economy in project total.

We provide the fixed price for the whole project. This method sets us in the the strict budget range, usually we prefer not to participate in such projects, unless the project itself is an area of interest for us or some partnership relations already trusted. The project price/timeframe will also be significantly higher than hour based to protect from any possible risks. We provide project management and technical analyze for the whole project during Project Planning Stage (Please refer to standard_project_development_cycle). Project Planning Stage is payed separately this case. The customer could decide not to continue the project after this stage, but he still have to pay Project Planning Stage.

This case the project is planned externally (eg – by the customer or his project manager) and is separated for small tasks (no more than 10 hours). We estimate each task before its execution. We provide project management and technical analyze of the certain task by customer’s request.
