Main Content Area would contain a list of instances. Each Instance row includes
- selector of Order 'Tags' (Identical, Name Match) disabled/enabled.
- selector of fraud control disabled/enabled.

The Site Row contains Instances rows
Each Instance row includes
- selector of adstracker disabled/enabled. If enabled, link to login for adstracker
- selector of skintracker disabled/enabled. If enabled, link to login for skintracker
Technical background
//There should be created a new set of tables in new 'Administration' database - 'Instances', 'ConfigurationGroups', 'ConfigurationValues', 'InstanceGroupValues'

Each configuration file will have central 'Administration' database connection instead of current one. Local database connection will be retrieved from Instance individual configuration from central database along with other instance specific configuration values
