Admin Area description
Starter page will include standard header, footer and menu
Menu includes 'Dashboard', 'Mamut'
Main Content Area would show 'Review Orders' section -

Questions
- What kind of levels access difference do you need? I would like to suggest site-based differentiation as described above - ie user could have access to one/several/all sites
