Kontakt oss e-mails encoding problem
I think, formmail.php is too sophisticated thing, which brings redundant complexity into this project. I could suggest you to replace it with standard mime mailer functionality, which used, for instance, for webmaster and customer e-mails sending with orders data. Standard mime mailer is easy configurable and has no any problems with encoding of sending data.
In order to protect you from spam, something like CAPTCHA on kontakt oss form could be implemented.
