Available colors are setup from XML. The whole feature could be turned on/off.
Individual colors should have individual price settings. When clicking on a color that costs money (price more than 0 (black you be 0)) the price should be added to the price showed in design area and on the summary at the end.
webmaster email order should include all colors used in order in the subject line.
The same functionality as described in this topic applies for background colors
