Add sum total from order into the variable for affiliate program at sendmail.php (on all three sub sites).

I use following variables (given in {}):
{order_total} is total sum for ordered labels;
{order_id} is the file name of first label in order (without '_p.jpg' suffix), hope, it take a sense;
{product_id} - string from settings file ('Navnelapper');
{host_name} - project virtual host name - string from setting file;
I think, PostAffiliate Pro package is need to be installed into root directory before I shall upload changed scripts and templates. Could you install it into root directory of merkalt.no, please?
I changed settings, scripts and template for root instance on test server (merkalt.com/test/), but there is no PostAffiliate Pro package installed there. Perhaps it take a sense to install PostAffiliate package onto test server previously?
