1. The order comes though well with text for labels and link to label in webmaster mail. However the labels is empty. I have reconstructed these labels with the text in webmaster mail so no crisis, but it is unnecessary work and it should be fixed. Also adding the motive filename in webmaster mail will let me see the icon chosen along with the text. (occurs 0,25 % of orders)
// Could you provide examples of such orders (data of lines)? The problem couldn't be replicated on the test server. I think there could be 2 reasons
- Perhaps an empty labels is a result of server malfunction (gd library problems).
- The same as above but problems could be raised by data used in label formation. That is why I ask about problematic data sources.

2. The order comes though and it is no product lines in the webmaster mail. I think the customer mail is OK as I have not gotten any complaints. This is the most serious problem as all of other order except customer details is lost to me and I have to contact customer to reconstruct label. This is also the most common error. (occurs 1% of orders)

I think you could replicate it - just don't do anything with labels and fill and submit ordering form.
