'Review Orders' consists of the
- 'Search by ' [input] = content of this field is searched in table fieldsby name
- select of instances (prefix | instance name + 'Anywhere' option)
- 'Search' button
The result of the query is a paginated list with columns like
OrderId | InvoiceId | Instance | Customer | Email | Payment Method | Order Total
Each row is clickable and lead to 'Order Details' screen which contains all order info (based on webmaster email for example)
